POSITION:           Marketing and Web Administrator  
DEPARTMENT:      Administration       
REPORTS TO:       Chief Administrative Officer

JOB SUMMARY:    This position is responsible for overseeing the entire process of coordinating, formatting, proofreading and distributing all publications and blast emails. This position is also responsible for administration of the website. This individual must be detail oriented, posses the ability to follow processes and work in a fast paced environment. Strong grammar skills are required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the distribution of all publications and email blasts

Manage the process of all marketing materials going out of building

Provide necessary coordination of the process for all publications

Maintain Hanlon’s Contact List

Set up and manage list of all email groups

Compose, prepare and proofread Marketing Collateral
Fact Sheets
Power Point Presentations
Press Releases
Studio Videos
Webinars
Newsletters

Manage the updating of all forms and templates

Prepare weekly sales reports

Website content, layout and maintenance

Set up web server, read log files, set up securities on server

 

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong proper grammar and proofreading abilities

Ability to perform and execute under tight deadlines

Demonstrate experience with CRM

Willingness to gain in-depth working knowledge of financial services industry compliance.

Software:

Dreamweaver, SQL Server 2008 R2, QuarkXPress7, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop & Camtasia Studio 6

MS Office

Languages:

HTML, XML, PHP and the .net environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English or Journalism

Experience:  3 years in a marketing or communications position
